Returns
If your chosen items were not the right fit, or you simply changed your mind, you may return or exchange the items unaltered, unworn and unwashed within 14 days after the delivery date.
Items purchased outside the EU are charged extra with import fees and return costs. These costs are for the customer and depend on the country from which the items are delivered/shipped.
Return process
With your order, we have included a return form. If you have items you want to return/
exchange, please fill in the form completely and add it to the items you send back to us,
so we can process your return. We cannot process returns without the completely filled in
return form. Prefer to return the items in our brand store? Our store staff will be happy to
assist you in your return or exchange. For returns or exchanges in one of our stores, please
bring your receipt and the filled in return form.

Return costs
Did you know that the average return percentage in the clothing industry is between 30-40%? These returns cause extra large C02 emissions from webshops. In addition, the return process is a labour-intensive process that involves a lot of costs.
We therefore ask our customers for a small contribution. The return cost within The Netherlands is €6.50. Returns from within or outside the EU will be charged according to country of origin. These costs will be charged during the refund of the purchase amount.
With these return costs, we want to encourage our customers to make a conscious then-purchase and to reduce our footprint. We want to make the expectations of our items on the webshop realistic by offering good and clear photos of items and a concrete product description with a clear fit.
Refund or exchange
After we have received your returns undamaged, the amount of the returned goods will be refunded using the payment method with which the items were bought, within 14 business days. The refund is excluding shipping costs. Please note that it may take a few days before the refund becomes visible in your bank account. This may vary per country/ bank.
To exchange your bought items, you can send back the items you want exchanged. For these items, you will receive a refund. To complete the exchange, please place a new order on our webshop. We cannot deduct orders with each other.
